VENTURA COCKTAIL DINNER MENU

This dinner menu may be substituted for the Summer Evening Cocktail Party menu for an additional cost of only $15 per person, plus tax and service.

This menu include a complimentary open beverage service of imported and domestic beers, soft drinks, and wines recommended by The Wine Spectator for the season. Please make your selections and e-mail or fax back to the yacht. -- Enjoy!

If you wish, a "top shelf" bar of premium liquors can be added to this menu at a cost of $125 bartender salary and $6 per person sailing aboard the yacht.
